We were checked out by Morgan who was outstanding friendly and professional.Īs far as other things we didn’t use the pool but did have a snack and drink in the lounge area on the second floor one night Patty took good care of us. About the staff check-in was smooth and staff was helpful during our stay if we needed something. We also noticed how sanitized all the public areas were too. On another note this was our first trip since the pandemic started and we were nervous about the suite being clean we could see right away that we didn’t need to be concerned it was spotless and we were totally comfortable there for 5 nights. So we appreciated the immediate effort to handle these obnoxious people. It was not only loud through the wall but they had their balcony door open too preventing us from enjoying our balcony. The second day it was a repeat performance my husband went to the desk and two male employees (so sorry we didn’t get their names-it was on 9/18) rode in the elevator with my husband to our floor and handled the problem. The first night the neighbors were called by the desk staff and the music stopped.
Loud, pounding music started around 3:00 and we called the main desk about a rule for noise and were told the cutoff time was 10:00.
Just left yesterday had a great stay despite obnoxious neighbors the first two nights.
